Mini Canvas Decoupage Wall Clock

Daksha here today at the Itsy Bitsy blog! Excited to start my second innings with Itsy Bitsy. For this post I wanted to make something very special which I was planning to do for long time.  A new release of decoupage papers really gave me a kick start for this project! Let's start with the creation and its detailed step by step instructions.
