Hi, I’m Kunali and today I’m sharing a tutorial for an absolutely cute and vibrant dangler. DIY Decoupage Pen Stand

  Hello crafters, Neha here and today’s blog is about an ethnic themed pen stand. For this project I have used a white washed pen stand and Decoupage Filament Paper – Bloom Garden. I started by cutting the decoupage paper according to the size of the pen stand. After that, I pasted the paper over the sides of the base using Deco Magic glue.
