Album In a Box – Welcome to the World Baby

Hello, creatives Srigowri Rajesh on blog today to show you how to create a mini album in a box. This is a ‘Baby Boy’ album. I have used all craft supplies from Little Birdie. To all the mini-album lovers like me… here is my inspiration .

Step 1

Take a 12″ * 12″ card stock and cut it into 11 * 51/2 ” and fold it in the middle.

Step 2

Make 4 pieces.

Step 3

Stick them together to make base for the box.

Step 4

Cut 5 1/4 x 5″ and 6 1/4x 5″ from the same card stock. At 6 1/4 ” score half an inch on either sides.

Step 5

Stick both the pieces together to make a pocket. Make as many pockets as you want. These will be the album pages.

Step 6

Make hinges for the album by fan folding the card stock. Here, depending on the number of pages, make the hinges too.

Step 7

Stick the hinges at the base of the box.

Step 8

Stick two-sided tacky tape on both sides of the hinge.

Step 9

Remove the sticky tape and insert the pockets which we made earlier. And make the lid for the box. Decorate with Little Birdie papers, embellishments, ephemera as you wish. And viola!!!
