Pop-Up Card

Hello creative souls, DT member Srigowri Rajesh here today on the blog with a pop-up card using Little Birdie element sheets, Little Birdie super white card stock and Little Birdie craft glue. You can give this amazing card on any occasion. It gives you a delightful feeling when you receive or gift to someone. Now let’s see how I created this card.

Step 1

Cut Little Birdie’s super white card stock into given measurements

Front & back strips : 6″ x 1/2″ – 8 pieces

Corners                         : 1″ x 3″ – 4 pieces ( fold into half)

Side strips                   : 2″ x 1/2″ – 8 pieces

Middle strips                : 7″ x 1/2″ – 2 pieces

Step 2

Take the corner piece and put glue in equal distance and stick the strips to make them look like a fence.

Step 3

Now stick another corner piece and the side ones as shown in the the picture. All the strips should align in a single line.

Step 4

After all the sides are done your base will look like this.

Step – 5

Now take the middle strips and fold the ends with 1/2″ and stick it  in the centre .

Step 6

Take a floral element sheet and  fussy cut elements of your choice .

Step 7

Cut an acetate sheet into small strips and stick the flowers.

Step 8

Arrange and stick the flowers accordingly.  And Ta da!! Your beautiful 3D pop – up card is ready to amuse your loved ones.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Regards,

Srigowri Rajesh
