Folding Pocket Album – Botanical Garden

    • Hello Everyone.
This is Kavya Vishnu Brand Ambassador of Itsy Bitsy craft store. I am here to share with you a quick and easy tutorial of a mini album.

MATERIALS REQUIRED : White card stock 12*12 inch, Botanical Garden 6*6 inch paper pack, Botanical Garden ephemera, Tacky Tape
Take one sheet of 12* 12 inch white card stock. Then mark the measurements that shown in the image.
Cut through the shaded portion only which is clearly shown in the image
    The white sheet after cutting.
Now we need to score the lines to fold. The striker lines are the one to be scored and it is shown in the image. Score the lines as per that and we need to fold through that lines only.

Fold the papers from left and right which is shown in image
Choose the appropriate pattern papers and it should properly stick to our mini album. Here I have used Little Birdie Botanical Garden paper pack.
This is how it looks when our papers are stuck. I haven’t pasted pattern papers to some portion. Instead of that we need to use tacky tape or glue to stick that sheets. I just stuck tapes to the two edges of sheet only, so when we stick them it seems to be a pocket. Use glue / tape as shown in the image (the red strips is the tacky tape).
Stick those sheets to the center as shown. Now it turns to a pocket.
Start folding from downside, the down left corner to the right
Then fold the one from the down right side to the left
The next folding is from the leftover portion.
Fold the down sheet to the upper portion
Again fold to the upside. Now it makes a folding album.
Fold the upper portion and then our album is ready to embellish
Folding Pocket Album ready to save your memories
