Decoupage Buddha Key Holder

Hello Itsy Bitsy Fans…

Priya Mishra here to share with you a beautiful key holder panel using the amazing Filament Decoupage Papers .

I created a wall panel and added two wooden spools to hang the keys. I have also used Little Birdie ‘Shape It ‘ Craft Epoxy compound and   Silicone moulds to create some exciting texture around my project.  So let’s begin the tutorial…

Step 1:

Chose your favourite Filament Decoupage paper and a MDF panel. Apply Deco Magic Decoupage glue and attach the paper as per the desired design. I love these papers as they are very thin, not very delicate like the decoupage napkins and the colours are really vibrant. They are also very easy to stick without the fear of wrinkles and damage.

Step 2 :

Glue the paper to the panel and and cut the extras. Give two coats of Deco Magic glue on the paper.

Step 3:  I used Shape It clay and created some designs with the help of a mould for the border and glued them using silicone glue.

Step 4:

I used Embossing Texture paste to create some  texture around the frame and covered the whole surface with it

Step 5:

After applying the Embossing Texture paste, I used heat to create texture. Once it was completely dry, I colored it using some Chalk Paints.

Step 6:

Added gilding flakes on the border and coated the whole panel with Little Birdie Decor Varnish. My project was complete after I attached two spools for hanging keys. I also dry brushed metallic wax all over.

Hope you like my project. Until next time stay safe and shop online at itsybitsy.in .
