Here is a gorgeous project by  Rashmi Rana & the step by step procedure:

Step -1 . I am going to make feathery and flowery layout. First I used a mat embossed handmade paper A5 from the store, a sheet from Pretty in Pink paper pack and a sheet, on which I stenciled with the laser cut script stencil.

Step- 2.  Layered them all and used gesso .

Step- 3. Then I stuck pink flocked beads- 10 mm with Itsy Bitsy’s silicon glue.

Step -4. I used some feathers ( green and pink), Little Birdie handmade flowers, wooden tags and also gave a little touch up with my all time favourite Chalk Paints- French rose. Added some embellishments here and there to make it classy!
