CHRISTMAS BOX TEA LIGHT HOLDER

Hi Guys!

This is Divya here with my first inspiration project! It is box type Tea Light Holder made with  Little Birdie “Merry Christmas” pattern paper. I have shown here a different way to use your paper packs, combine them with a MDF base, and give a vintage look to it. There are 12 designer sheets which  includes a pre-cut dolly, an element sheet, mini cards, 2 sheets with repeated patterns, 5 sheets with beautiful layout designs and 2 sheets of Red & Green with a vintage wooden effect.

These are the MDF base which I have used.

Take anyone sheet of your choice and keep the MDF base on it and trace the shape. Make 4 pieces for 4 sides and cut them. Choice the strip as per the design on the sheet. Then with the help of scissors scratch it from the edges to give a rough look.

Now with the help of brown  ARCHIVAL ink pad destress each piece from all the edges and stick it to the MDF base with the help of scrapbook glue or fevicol.

Add tea light candles to it. Now in the plain areas you can write bible verses of any message for your loved once.

Here I have  attached a pre-cut dolly with the help of double sided foam tape.

This is the medium size MDF base. Repeat the same procedure as for the first one.

Cut the strips and scratch it from edges and destress it with archival ink pad and stick it to MDF base.

Now I have cut an element here from the element sheet and sticked it to the medium size MDF with the help of double sided foam tape. And on the rest of the sides you can write bible verses or any messages or you can also add extra elements to it.

This is the small size MDF base. Repeat the same procedure as for the larger and medium size MDF base.

And here I have taken a journaling card and randomly cut the edges with fingers and destress it from all the edges with archival ink. Fix it to the base with the help of double sided foam tape.
