Hello everyone. Welcome to another blog by your fellow crafter Virti Mehta. For this month, I have got you guys an amazing deco transfer activity.
This project is so easy that it can be easily done by kids. All it needs is pasting and peeling.
Deco transfers are such sheets that work like magic and can be used on all the surfaces like wood, MDF, glass, plastic, acrylic, etc. Little Birdie Deco Transfer sheets are a quick solution to give a facelift to almost any surface.
Let us start with the project.
Firstly, we need a plain surface for this I used a fabric zipper pouch from Itsy Bitsy.
Next up, we need to cut the design that we want to paste from the deco transfer sheet. Make sure, you cut close to the design for a fine finished look and put it how you want it to look on the pouch.
Now that you are happy with your layout, go ahead and remove the thin layer of protective plastic from the cutouts one by one. Place the designs upside down.
Now, with a wet sponge pat the design slowly and gently. While doing this you can now see your design coming up. You can check the above image for reference.
Now, gently peel off the white sheet on the back, as shown above.
I applied some blue chalk paint on the top and bottom of the pouch to give it a complete look.
And finally, we need to secure it with varnish. Here, I am using matte decor varnish, use can use the glossy version too.
Hope you enjoy this simple and cute DIY.
Thank you for reading.
leave a heart if you like it.
