Recently, Itsy bitsy has launched Deco transfer sheets. Its available in wide range of designs and is economically priced. Check their store and online site for more varieties.

I was very much excited to receive these beauties. The first thought that flashed into my mind was to create handmade envelopes using these designs. So, Here is a tutorial .

Lets get started!

Measure a A4 Textured white cardstock to 10 1/2 ” * 8 1/4 ” and score at 3 1/2″, 7 ” on the 10 1/2″ side. Score at 1/2″ on both sides of the 8 1/4″ side.

Now, cut the sides as marked in the picture.

Fold and burnish all the sides.

Add tacky tapes on the folded sides. Attach the sides to form an envelope.

Now, lets add pattern papers to the envelope base. I have chosen Forever & Always Paper pack from the store. Designs and the color combination is very elegant and classic.

I have chosen two different designs for the inside and outside layers.

Now, its time to cut the Deco transfers. I have chosen Gracious Ganesha Sheet. Fussy cut the designs required .

Remove the clear / transparent sheet . Place the design upside down on a random white cardstock.

.

Using a wet sponge blender , dab it on the deco transfer designs. Gently, remove the paper to reveal the transferred image.

See how beautiful the images are. Lets fussy cut the images and seal it with Little Birdie Decor Varnish.

Using double sided foam tape, attach the image to the envelope base as required.

Lets make it more beautiful by adding Sprakle Dotties – Chocolate Fudge .

I really liked the Deco transfer sheets, so tried one more design out of it. Here, I have used Little Birdie Sparkling Dotties – Sparkling Silver to decorate the envelope.

Tada! here it is. Handmade Envelopes created using Deco Transfer Sheets, the latest addition to Itsy Bitsy’s home brand Little Birdie’s collection! Check out all the adorable designs and you just won’t be able to resist them.

Hope you all liked the tutorial.

Thanks for stopping by. See you all soon.

Swarna.
